My name is Ashley Gillis and I am the owner of
ALG Project Management Ltd.  I completed my Civil Engineering degree in 2008 from Dalhousie University and I am now a registered professional engineer and PMP.  My career to date has included working internationally and locally on multidisciplinary projects in both horizontal and vertical infrastructure.

I am a well organized, results oriented project manager and my strong commitment to integrity and competence supports building productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
 
During my down time, you will find me playing tennis, in a yoga studio, traveling, and spending time with my pup, family and friends. I look forward to working with you!

Project Management 

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion 

• Conceptualization of the design based on the approved project program, goals, and solutions

• Prepare bids/proposals and analyze results - in order to help our clients get the best price and quality for their project we will coordinate the G.C. bidding process and level all bids in order to make an informed decision on awarding a contractor​​

• Report on projected timelines and budgets - preparing schedules and cost estimates 

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards and specifications  

• Manage/track costs and material procurement - we will review all purchase orders with you and place orders upon approval

• Liaise with clients, client representatives, sub-consultants, project managers, and regulatory agencies

• Site visits to gain appreciation of site progress, witness implementation, overall team performance, and community relations 

• Design and development of personalized custom millwork to fit your project needs
